Whichever format you choose, you will learn the same physician-approved content in your Childbirth Education Class. We combine the childbirth and infant care courses (most other providers offer them separately), so you get the most out of your time and class experience. More details can be found here.

Virtual Group ($175 per couple)
Four 2 1/2-hour classes on the same weeknight for four weeks. This class starts on the first Monday of every month. Class times are from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m.
This is the group weeknight offering of the course that works for most people. The group setting allows you to ask questions, and meet with other expectant parents like you so that you don’t feel alone in your journey to parenthood. This class is online via Zoom meeting every. Once registered, you will receive an invite for the meeting a week before class starts. If you register within a week of the class start date, we’ll email the invitation the day you register. Class materials will be delivered to you by the first day of your class.

- Want to have a sense of community during your Childbirth Education class
- Like to learn material over time instead of all at once
- Have evening availability
- Don’t want to leave your home to take a class
In-Person Group ($250 per couple)
In-Person class is offered on the third Saturday of every month. This course covers all our content in one convenient 9-hour session. We will include a 30-minute break for lunch.
We are excited to now offer an in-person course for those who learn best hands-on! The group setting allows you to ask questions, and meet other expectant parents like you so that you don’t feel alone in your journey to parenthood. Class materials will be provided on the day of class. Please bring lunch and snacks as needed. Water will be provided.
